Mikes, Sharks and Jays on Flush 'em Friday, the 5 9 14 Edition

Happy Flush 'em Friday! Time to flush a few groups that just get on my nerves and bother me.

Mike D'Antoni - so long and thanks for all the fish. You were actually a good sport. You might look up the word defense.
Mike Brown - details without creativity is deadly.
Mike Wallace - ask a real question of the POTUS, I dare you.

San Jose Sharks - 3 - 0 to 3 - 4 as fast as you can say Los Angeles Kings.
Shark Bait
Sharkeisha - everyone I've known whose name ends with a -eisha has been trouble.
Sharknado - wow, on par with Howard the Duck.

Jay Carney - taking BS to hitherto unknown levels.
Jay Mohr - he just needs a whirly twirly.
Jay Jay - no, no.
Jay Z - Z because it's as far as he could go.

There you have it, there you go.

Dwight Howard on Flush 'em Friday the 7 12 13 Edition

It's time again for FLUSH 'EM FRIDAY! The day we flush that which has got to go. This week we have a clear winner.

Dwight Howard

  • His big head.
  • His narrow mind.
  • His skinny legs.
  • His free throw shooting.
  • His feeble attempt at any kind of jump shot.
  • His pitiful looking hook shots.
  • His "I don't do the pick and roll" attitude.
Best big man in the game? Shaq is absolutely right, no one fears Dwight Howard with the ball in his hands. Have fun playing on James Harding's team.

Anyways, the list for this week is as follows...

  • The NBA lockout. Owners and players alike.
  • Online surveys that take longer than 30 seconds.
  • Planned non parenthood.
  • Pop-ups.
  • The person who took my geocache.
  • The fantasy of green jobs.
  • "Non-biased" journalists "moderating" debates.
  • Skinny jeans.
  • Men who wear women's clothes.
  • Stores that are going out of business and offer 30% off! That's why you're going out of business.
  • Child actors that overact. Brats are NOT cute.
  • Me, for not being able to come up with a few more clever flushies.
Well, that's all folks. Feel compelled to add your own.

Flush 'em Friday: Long Socks and High Shorts: The 8 26 11 Edition

Flushed Away (video game)Image via Wikipedia
Happy Flush 'em Friday! It is time again to list those and that which deserve to be flushed down the old porcelain thrown.

The nominiees for this week are as follows:

  • People who wear long socks with high shorts.
  • Maxine Waters for hating the Tea Party almost as much as she hates her own people. How can someone who has done so little stay so long?
  • The CONCACAF ref at the Galaxy game last night. I think they took a little too much off the top when they cut his hair.
  • People who actually believe that  global warming is the cause for civil wars. Maybe, has Al Gore spoken in any of those countries?
  • Geocachers who don't maintain their caches.
  • Moammar Gaddafi and all other oil financing dictators...
  • E.J. Dionne Jr. for believing that dumb luck = good foreign policy.
  • Smokers in general but specifically those who hold their cigarette as far from their face as they can but closer to mine.
  • Eugene Robinson for not admitting that "social justice" policies as engineered by liberals and Democrats for the past 40 to 50 years is holding many minorities, especially blacks, in plantations known as projects and THAT is more harmful than any other policy ever.
  • The NBA lockout has got to end.
That's all folks!

Flush 'em Friday 3 11 11 Edition

No flush urinal. Photographed in Tampa, Florida.Image via Wikipedia
Happy Friday everyone! It's time to Flush 'em Friday! Let's get this get's the bowling.

I would like to flush:
The LA voters for voting in the likes of Huizar, and Hahn. Stupid is as stupid does.

The mainstream media for being the largest most pompous, biased bunch of nut-cakes available for public viewing outside of the zoo.

Morrissey for ever being in a band and having a band.

The NBA refs for being so inconsistently consistent.

The NFL, owners and players, for fighters over such gigantic dollars publicly in these financial times.

Public unions for being clueless about the times in which they live.

People who turn without using their blinkers.

People who drive really slow because they think they are being safe and cautious when in reality they're just slow and forcing everyone around them to avoid them thus making all traffic near them unsafe.

Politicians, whatever the party, for flushing my money down the political drain.

And of course, Charlie Sheen for being the only one who doesn't realize he's still a drug crazed loon.

OK, SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT OR WHO THEY WANT TO FLUSH!!!

GO LAKERS

It's time for the Lakers to do away with the Suns.

My suggestions for the Lakers:
  • Foul early and foul hard
  • Play mean and nasty
  • Play all 40 minutes, playing the last 3.5 hard Ron won the game for us
The Lakers by 17.

Thus saith me.

I am a Laker Homer

OK, I am a homer. I was born a Laker fan and I will die a Laker fan.

Joey Crawford must go! I have never seen such a pathetic excuse for a ref. He is the best player on any team playing against the Lakers. I don’t expect any ref to get all the calls, but Joey, how come calls you make always play a significant roll in deciding a game involving the Lakers? Tonight it was the phantom Artest on Durant with less than 2 minutes remaining. You didn’t make the call on the other end when Collison was hanging on Gasol, THAT’S WHY HE COULDN’T JUMP! Joey Crawford must go!

How can Kobe or Pau or any other Laker drive to the whole and never gets any contact? Joey Crawford must go!

I'm sure the Lakers will man up and admit they really let this one go at the end of the third quarter, but still Joey Crawford must go!

Maybe I’ve lost all objectivity, but Joey Crawford still must go!

Thus saith me.
