10 Reasons Barbra Boxer Must Go

I have been represented by the politics of a clueless unconcerned egomaniac for most of my adult life. Her name: Barbra Boxer. She must go. The following are 10 reasons I say she needs to be voted out.
1. She is a democrat to the nth degree
2. Even democrats think she has been in office too long
3. Thinks that climate change is a greater threat than terrorists
4. She is pro-choice, pro-abortion
5. More worried about global women’s rights issues than issues in the state she represents
6. Equates Viagra usage with abortion choices
7. Supports gun control
8. Dressed down a general for calling her ma’am not Senator
9. Supports sanctuary cities for illegal aliens
10. She is Barbra Boxer supporter of President Obama, health care, and taxing the living snot out of her constituents.

BARBRA BOXER MUST GO!!!

Anti-choice Women?

Susan Jacoby, “The Spirited Atheist” at the Washington Post, “The most nausea-inducing and (unintentionally) comic quote of the mid-term campaign so far comes from Carly Fiorina, the ousted CEO of Hewlett Packard who won the California Republican senatorial primary last week.” That was just the first line of her venomous opinion of women that hold a different belief than hers. Why do atheists need to be so mean? If Carly Fiorina holds her world view because of the experiences of her own upbringing how is she different than “women of choice” except that she chooses to value the unborn baby as a human? Not anti-choice just a different choice.

It never ceases to amaze me how atheists assume that the moral positions they hold are based on reason as opposed to people who happen to believe in God or some higher power. People of faith according to atheistic lore, dogma actually, are just goofball fanatics who don’t use reason or logic. According to the atheistic dogma I believe in God therefore I am not logical. What do I say to that? That is not logical.

President Obama, get out of Afghanistan

What’s going on in Afghanistan? America is becoming weary of the…counter-insurgence? The offensive? The what? Again I ask; what are we doing in Afghanistan? The Washington post has a piece entitled, “Concern on Capital Hill about Afghanistan war grows.” Both Democrats and Republicans are concerned and anxious about our presence and our strategy.

Does this administration know what it is doing? There is a government that is seeking to be democratic. We seem to have decent relations with them. Now, get out. Stop trying to “help these people” and let them help themselves. This is turning into another Vietnam. The Vietnamese had tunnels in the jungle. The terrorists and Taliban use caves and tunnels. It is just an unwinnable gofer chase. Get us out!

Thus saith me.

I have a right to drive in peace

Court gives Redondo Beach OK to arrest day laborers soliciting work

A federal appellate court ruled Wednesday that Redondo Beach can enforce a city ordinance that allows the arrest of day laborers soliciting work from people inside cars.

The city attorney enacted the ordinance after residents and business owners complained about the day laborers impeding traffic flow, littering, urinating in public, causing property damage and harassing women.

I don’t want to argue about amendment rights. I do want to argue about my right to drive without being solicited! I should be able to drive with my window down and not be concerned about someone coming up to my window and trying to sell me some oranges, flowers or anything! If I want that I can go to TJ.

I’ll bet that if one of these jaywalk vendors darted into traffic and got themselves hit there would be some lawyer trying to make a buck by suing the legal driver, the city and the driver that didn’t buy his goods so he had to run to another car!

So, stay off the medians, stay off the street, stay out of my car window. Let me drive in peace!
