• Two things seem a bit off. One, if journalists were really interested in widening the debate why is the Tea Party so ostracized by so many? Two that you are somehow worried about challenging the rule of law. If something is illegal, for example someone entering the country illegally, do you think those who believe anyone should enter the country "illegally" should not challenge the rule of law? Just wondering.

• If there is any money/wealth it is first taxed before it makes it to my bank account and then if I spend any of it it is taxed even more. And the brain-less-surgeons in office think that taxing us more is the answer. If anyone one thinks a Democrat has any other idea than taxing the crap out of the working class than you just need to pull you head out of whatever hole it is in.
• More taxes means I sacrifice so some self-absorbed narcissist plays golf and takes vacations.

• The problem for the Republican Party is not that they are not socially inclusive enough because they are. The problem is that they have not been able to overcome the propaganda machine, sometimes known as the  press (see ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, etc.),  which continually portrays the Republican Party as "those white, rich people who don't like you". It is the school yard bully manipulator on a national scale telling "minories" that "Those people don't like you". If the Republican Party can find a way to overcome the propaganda machine they might have a chance.

• The problem, that negatively affects latino  voters and the Republican Party, is that the media  is largely controlled by the liberal press. The latino population has been fed a lie that Republicans don't like them and are against them. The Republican party believes what the vast majority of immigrants believe in, opportunity. THE STATE CAN HAVE MY CHILDREN OVER MY DEAD BODY

OK, so I read something from MSNBC anchor Melissa Harris-Perry said, 

"We have never invested as much in public education as we should have because we’ve always had kind of a private notion of children.  Your kid is yours and totally your responsibility.  We haven’t had a very collective notion of these are our children.  So part of it is we have to break through our kind of private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families and recognize that kids belong to whole communities." 

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I guess she's a professor at Tulane University. One more place my kids won't be attending. I would like to ask the so-called professor where she gets this notion of the collective and that kids belong to the state. Where does she get this "we" she speaks with? Who is this "we" she speaks as? And by what authority does she think "we" have to claim ownership of children, my children?

This is exactly why we need to create some Universities that aren't run by socialists. Are they totally clueless about the history that they love to play revisionist with? What good did it do to allow Hitler and the Nazi's to create their little Aryan nation? How about the USSR and their perfect little society? Do they not know that these societies have very little to no value for human life? 

I teach children every day where parents have given up ownership and responsibility of their children. These children are lost, angry and destructive to themselves and others. They are not well. They need parents who take responsibility for them and are willing to be parents. Reality tells Melissa that she is very wrong. But I am sure her ideology will not allow her to see the truth.

My children belong to the state? Over my dead body.

What is an Extreme Conservative to do?

The contempt that the left has for the average American citizen is simply amazing. The belief that the left has that they can determine truth allows them to say anything and call it truth. Calling themselves "Politically Correct" is one example. Who says they are correct? And they have the nerve to proclaim they are moderates. Now, to me this is just astounding. When did Socialism become moderate? When did abortion become moderate? When did  the injustice of allowing  murderers to live while the families of victims are denied any sense of justice become a moderate point of view? When did the complete intolerance for people who believe in the Judeo-Christian world view become a moderate mainstream American stance?

Who says this crap? The mainstream media, also known as the propaganda wing of the Democratic Party. The other culprit is our beloved educational system. Just try being a Conservative in a leftist based society. I do it everyday. Who is teaching our children that Republicans are bigots and hate all people of color. My liberal colleagues are quite dogmatic when it comes to their intolerance of conservatives. A few years ago my daughters fourth grade teacher had the students vote for who they thought should be president. She, without a thought, pontificated about how wonderful a savior Obama would be and how awful George Bush and those Republicans have been. My daughter knew she was a fool and wondered why her teacher should be so brazenly biased.

Is someone, a conservative, an extremist? Isn't that a no brainer. To be conservative means you avoid extremes. Extreme taxation. Extreme government control and centralization. Extreme government regulation and intrusion. But, the left, using the media as their bully pulpit, continually lies and deceives Americans by calling conservatives extremists.

Where was the media when the President took over 1/6 of the economy by enacting a health care bill without the representatives of the American people reading it? Was that a conservative approach? That was extremism.

We are not extremists to call for less taxes and less government regulations.
America, take back the middle!

No Tax Tuesday: The Right to Pass it On

The estate tax is one the liberals love to attack with. The basic idea is that if you work your whole life, save and build, try to make a better life for your children and their children, too bad, the leftist believe they are better suited to take what you have earned and give it to someone else.

A site that calls itself "themiddleclass.org" states the lefts position as,

 The estate tax, the most progressive component of the federal tax code, applies only to Americans lucky enough to inherit substantial fortunes. In fact, only 0.6% of deaths result in taxable estates. By taxing inherited wealth, the tax preserves the American tradition of rewarding hard work, not inherited privilege and wealth. 

So, what does the left plan to do with this money? Redistribute it to those they deem as worthy. I am the only one who thinks that sounds more than arrogant? 

Notice the con; "By taxing inherited wealth, the tax preserves the American tradition of rewarding hard work." Really? And how hard did the people who will be receiving this redistribution of wealth work? Harder than the people who earned it? I thought part of the American tradition was making life better for your children. According to the "progressives" people are wrong to try to give their children something via an inheritance and that they (the empirical left) have a right to take what someone has earned and give it to someone else. 

Imagine you have save all year long to buy your children special presents, maybe a trip to Disney world. Someone comes along and says that you should not be able to do that because it is unfair to other, less fortunate children. So, they take part of your earning and  savings and give it to whom they deem as worthy. The absurdity of the logic is exactly the same as for the Estate Tax. 

Throw the Bums Out!

Now California, my home, I plead with you to make a political shift. For years we have been under the leadership of Democrats. What has it got us? We were the great state of opportunity, now we are not. People, jobs, and businesses are leaving in numbers that have never seen or even heard of. Who's keeps voting them in, not me?

For years my fellow Californians have voted in Democrat after Democrat. Occasionally, we have a Republican as Governor, but with Willy Brown and his successor in office, it's more than an uphill battle. Yet, we keep electing the Hahns, Boxers, Browns, Harmans, Sanchezs, Villaraigosas, and the like. Have we gotten any different results? No. Do we have more jobs? No, over 1,000,000 less sense 2005 factually.

I forgot to mention the Maxine Waters, Mark Ridley type crew. Do they really help their people? Do they only help their people? Why are there still housing projects with generations living in the same unit? Isn't it time to require some sort of accountability from those who say they are trying to help? What jobs have been brought to the inner city because of the efforts of Maxine Waters? She did help a bank her husband (and thus SHE) had interest in. There is just more poverty, not more jobs and affluence.

I am asking my fellow Californians to hold all our elected representatives accountable. If they are not seeking to provide opportunities for businesses in your area they do not give a lick about you. If something isn't done to allow a business to provide you a job, what are they doing?

My question to Brown, Boxer, and the entire left; where are the jobs?
My question to Californians; why do these officials still have jobs?

Pastor Jones vs the POTUS

It looks like Pastor Jones was able to do something our spineless Castro want-to-be president was unwilling to do; find and talk to a Muslim who agrees with the rest of America that a Mosque near Ground Zero may not be a good idea, religious freedom aside.

Would you put a strip club next to an elementary school? No, because it would be entirely inappropriate, basic common sense. If I need to explain it to you, you are probably a leftist. Go to the closest shooting range and offer your services as a target.

Seriously,  does the POTUS and the leadership on the left really believe the majority of Americans, Republican or Democrat think "religious freedom" does not include some good old common sense? It does not look like the Left believes in common sense not do they truly believe in the freedom of speech.

Here's the deal; it is a true exercise of freedom to be a Christian yet, it is not an exercise in freedom to blow up people who think differently than you on something like abortion. In the same way, anyone has the freedom to believe as a Muslim, but, it is not freedom to be a radical Jihadist that believes in destroying anyone who does not follow Muslim beliefs.

Simple. Why is it confusing for Democrats?

Personal Conservative, Political Liberal?

I was talking to a friend/colleague of mine and she was telling me how she, personally, lived and made her choices very much conservatively, but, she votes as a liberal pretty much all the time. How can someone be personally conservative yet politically liberal?

Well, the usual explanation, which was hers, is that while she would never do some things it would be wrong of her to impose her beliefs on someone else. Which leads me to my next question, how can something be wrong for me but right for you, morally? Or is it the imposition of ones beliefs on someone else that liberals believe to be wrong? That seems to me to be the underlining argument.

For example, as my friend explained, although she would never get an abortion, she does not believe that she has the “right “to impose that belief on some one else.

Yet, it is the firmly held moral belief of the left that people with more money than someone else do not deserve it and are not capable of making choices for the greater good with said money. Therefore, they the benevolent left, as government, should tax the “rich” and “redistribute” the wealth to those they determine as worthy. I do not hold such a belief, but, I am forced to, no, my money is taken from me, involuntarily, and “redistributed” to others. Morally, I find that evil.

So, although I strongly disagree, with the form of wealth distribution ideals found among Democrats, liberals and leftists, I find no Democrat, no liberal, no leftist, with any concern over the moral conundrum of forcing me to live with their moral belief concern wealth distribution.

I find that a hypocritical, typical, and generally liberal way of thinking. What about you?
