Flush 'em Friday, Bernie must go down.

I have to do this. I can't take it. It's Flush 'em Friday and I must flush this....
Bernie Sanders and his socialist ideals.

Anyone who says they will tax the rich to help the "poor" is a liar. The middle class, the working class always pays the price.
Anyone who thinks you can tax businesses more and more with out cutting jobs and benefits is just a simple minded child.
Anyone who thinks socialism is good is either naive or a power hungry dictator want-a-be.
Any so called journalist who hides the truth about the atrocities of socialist states should be flushed too. They are not journalist, they are propagandists.

Come on America, it's time to Flush Bernie and socialism right down the drain.

DUCK! IT'S LOOSE CANNON FIRE! THE 6 22 13 Edition

Here's some random shots fired right across the bow. Enjoy and add of few if you got anything to fire.

  • Two things seem a bit off. One, if journalists were really interested in widening the debate why is the Tea Party so ostracized by so many? Two that you are somehow worried about challenging the rule of law. If something is illegal, for example someone entering the country illegally, do you think those who believe anyone should enter the country "illegally" should not challenge the rule of law? Just wondering.

Don't Hate the Hobbit, Hate the Hole. No Tax Tuesday 8 2 11

Bilbo BagginsImage by Dunechaser via Flickr
What is up with the Tea Party as Hobbits name calling nonsense? I know Joe Biden hates the Tea Party and has even called Tea Party members terrorists, but this is John McCain calling Tea Partiers Hobbits. So, Senator McCain shows his true colors.

Now, on this No Tax Tuesday on wonder if Tea Party members are hobbits what is Senator John McCain and those like him, Gollums?  It seems to me that the power hungry career politicians like Senator McCain most resemble Gollum the hobbit whose addiction to the ring made him into a slimy little beast? I mean really, if you call yourself a conservative, be one.  Don't just be so intent on making a deal, any deal, that you sell your constituents out. The Tea Party reminds the likes of John McCain, whose support he sought, that Republicans are supposed to stand for conservative values. The problem with making deals and compromising is that senators who do that too often end up signing up for a myriad of things they may not really want or believe in.

I understand that every now and then a compromise may be necessary but too many compromises have resulted in the government we have now. Our current government is out of control with no end in site. The current "deal" is supposed to balance things out in ten years. Ten years!? TEN YEARS!!!??? Ten years is two plus presidential terms away. Ten years is meaningless because so much WILL happen in the next ten years that will influence and change much of whatever is in any bill. Ten years is less than a trillion so, relatively it doesn't sound like that much. But, in real time ten years is meaningless. "Balancing" the budget in ten years is sort of like someone owing you $1,000.00 that you need to pay your mortgage this month, telling you they will pay you $10.00 a month for the next ten years. Not helpful.

By the way Hobbits are know for being dependable hard working folks, not always seen, but in the end the hobbit won the day. Gollum...he just wanted the power of the ring. So, Senator McCain, don't be a Gollum, be a hobbit.

67% Income Tax Increase. Really?

No New Taxes!Image by macprohawaii via Flickr
I just have to say it. What the #$%*!? are these people thinking? In Illinois the state legislature voted to abuse the citizenry by raising the state income tax rate up to 67%! What kind of senseless person thinks that people can live on LESS money than they already are? It looks like most of the representatives we vote in. And what is the payoff for this abuse? More mismanaged government.

Why should any citizen think that those who have run our government into catastrophic debt and uselessness should be given the power to TAX us anymore? Why would any person with an once of sense even entertain the notion that Americans need to be taxed which is only punishment and abuse, to pay for the foolish use of our tax dollars? We should not.

The actions of the Illinois legislature is a warning to all America. Beware! The people in government are by and large power hungry want a be despots. We the people are here to serve their political agendas. On this the Tea Party is absolutely spot on. We are Taxed Enough Already!

What is an Extreme Conservative to do?

No political correctnessImage via Wikipedia
The contempt that the left has for the average American citizen is simply amazing. The belief that the left has that they can determine truth allows them to say anything and call it truth. Calling themselves "Politically Correct" is one example. Who says they are correct? And they have the nerve to proclaim they are moderates. Now, to me this is just astounding. When did Socialism become moderate? When did abortion become moderate? When did  the injustice of allowing  murderers to live while the families of victims are denied any sense of justice become a moderate point of view? When did the complete intolerance for people who believe in the Judeo-Christian world view become a moderate mainstream American stance?

Who says this crap? The mainstream media, also known as the propaganda wing of the Democratic Party. The other culprit is our beloved educational system. Just try being a Conservative in a leftist based society. I do it everyday. Who is teaching our children that Republicans are bigots and hate all people of color. My liberal colleagues are quite dogmatic when it comes to their intolerance of conservatives. A few years ago my daughters fourth grade teacher had the students vote for who they thought should be president. She, without a thought, pontificated about how wonderful a savior Obama would be and how awful George Bush and those Republicans have been. My daughter knew she was a fool and wondered why her teacher should be so brazenly biased.

Is someone, a conservative, an extremist? Isn't that a no brainer. To be conservative means you avoid extremes. Extreme taxation. Extreme government control and centralization. Extreme government regulation and intrusion. But, the left, using the media as their bully pulpit, continually lies and deceives Americans by calling conservatives extremists.

Where was the media when the President took over 1/6 of the economy by enacting a health care bill without the representatives of the American people reading it? Was that a conservative approach? That was extremism.

We are not extremists to call for less taxes and less government regulations.
America, take back the middle!

Be Angry and Vote

VOTEImage by Theresa Thompson via Flickr
As a citizen of an overwhelming Democratic state and a teacher surrounded by leftist nuts I understand the feeling that my vote may not be to meaningful. But, I still vote. I am not sure that the Tea Party will be able to generate enough votes in the south Bay, where I live to oust any long seated Democrats. But, I will vote.

I hope that anyone who is "undecided" will ask themselves the question, "Has the Democrat I voted into office helped or harmed California?"

I think the Tea Party has done an outstanding job of demanding from conservative  and liberals alike an accounting for their actions. How does your representative account for the loss of jobs suffered here in the South Bay and in California.

Barbara Boxer likes to say that Carly Fiorina outsourced thousands of jobs as CEO of Hewlett Packard, yet under the care and guidance of "Call me Senator, I have earned it" Barbara Boxer over 1,200,000 jobs have left California since 2005. Just last week over 500 jobs were lost in the South Bay that Jane Harman was "assured" were safe. Are they worthy of your vote?

Most "Independents" are liberal and just like to check Independent because they think it makes them sound more "open-minded." Yet, they still vote Democrat. If you are truly independent take an honest look at the issues and the candidates.

Can California support liberal ideals? The budget says no.

Will businesses stay if taxed even more?   Businesses are saying no already and taking jobs to more business friendly states like Texas.

If you are angry like me, vote.
In California, and in the US all over, we need jobs, and less taxes. Vote accordingly!

Mad at My Government? Yes!

GLENSIDE, PA - MARCH 08: President Barack Oba...Image by Getty Images via @daylife
Mad? Yes, I am. At who? Just about everybody in any government position.

The President: Yes. No one I have ever seen in my lifetime has done so much to burden the country with long term debt then President Barrack Obama. And yet no one, to my remembrance has blamed someone else more than President Obama. He has the majority in both the Senate and the House, yet, those Republicans...

Senators: Yes, I am mad at this group of self-serving egomaniacs. Any moron that would vote for any bill with out reading it and knowing what they will be enslaving their constituents and their children to, should be considered incompetent and censured, if not thrown out of office. The Senators from my state, Boxer and Pelosi, could not be in any way more foolish than they have proved to be. These nut jobs voted for smelt protection, stimulus plans that don't stimulate, health care takeovers, crushing business opportunities with taxes, and have consistently demonstrated just plain loony tune thinking.

What about my states representatives on the state level? They have not passed a budget. Do they care? It appears not. California is in a downward spiral with people and jobs leaving the state faster than Barbara Boxer can say, "Call me, Senator, I've earned it." But, according to liberal thinking maybe we should raise taxes on those wealthy business owners, that will induce them to hire more people and not leave the state.

And my Govenator: Yes, mad at him too. Democrat in Republicans clothing. Good photo ops though.

Why do I like the Tea Party? Because they tell their conservative leaders to honestly represent them.
Why do I think groups like the so called Coffee Party are silly? Because they are not liberals telling their leaders to be true to their voting base, they are just trying to counter the Tea Party.

I think the voters, conservative and liberal alike, are realizing that our government representatives (with few exceptions) are power hungry, self-serving, elitists.

I will show my anger with my vote. Will you?

All Call to Conservative Leaders

Ronald and Nancy Reagan at the 1988 GOP conven...Image via Wikipedia
Is it funny, odd, or distressing that the Republican Party old-timers are gripping about TEA Party candidates? As a punk I find it kind of amusing that the oldie but moldy GOP "leaders" are having a hard time with these up and coming TEA Party candidates. As a Republican I find it odd that some of the GOP folks have trouble with conservatives. What I find distressing is that the group formally known as conservatives have difficulties with their constituents who are plainly calling for their representative Senators, Representatives and any other politician calling themselves Republican, to act and vote like a conservative!

I have grown up always understanding that the Republican Party was against big government and taxes. I came of voting age and began voting during the late President Ronald Reagan's terms in office. America was great. As a true fiscal conservative he starved excessive government programs to rid the government of fat. Thank you Ronny! But, ever since Reagan we have had President after President, Democrat and Republican, that have simply added more government and increased taxes.

It is time for the GOP to pull its collective head out of the posterior shaped sand castle and LISTEN to what the people who voted them into office are telling them. We are Taxed Enough Already!

Why the Media Struggles with the Tea Party

Why is it so hard for the media to grasp the Tea Party? It’s not like they are using a cipher code to send out their message. The message seems pretty simple to me: Be a representative of the people or be voted out. Stick with the constitution, meaning shy away from “interpreting” what the constitution means, or be voted out.

I think the real struggle for the media is that they (the media) have become so far removed from the reality of life and they are surrounded by themselves that they can’t tell they are knee deep in their own crap. I mean look at George Stephanopoulos who is a political commentator for ABC. Are you kidding me? Just put a skirt on him and give him pompoms! He’s a cheerleader for the Democratic Party, without the ability to be fair or unprejudiced. Wikipedia tells us that, “Prior to joining ABC News, he was a senior political adviser to the 1992 U.S. presidential campaign of Bill Clinton and later became the White House Communications Director.” For heaven’s sake he worked for Wild Bill Clinton! That is just one example of the obvious bias of the propaganda wing of the Democratic Party also known as network news. They don’t get it because they think they are the keepers and guiders of all social upheavals and struggles.

The Tea Party is about normal American citizens who are tired of their elected representatives not representing them. That includes Republicans who the have failed to push conservative values and agenda items. This is different than the lame Coffee Party (where are they?) which only came into being to try to counter the Tea Party movement and not to question the motives and action of their own Democratic leadership.

Memo to the media: Start telling the truth and showing both sides fairly or eventually we will watch another channel, listen to another radio station and use the internet to find unbiased or at least alternate coverage.

Leave My Salt Alone

Do we really need the salt police? What’s next, the butter police?

Isn’t there a Pink Floyd Song about this?
Hey there FDA, leave my salt alone!
Just another porkulus taxing my rights away!
Hey there FDA, leave my salt alone!

Seriously, why do I need the government controlling my restaurant menu options? I do not want the government telling me what to eat at Mc Donald’s, Burger King, In-n-Out or any restaurant.
I can imagine some Democrats arguing that it would create more jobs! The Obama administration would create the Department of Healthy Menu Options. Of course, the Republicans would counter that it’s just big government growing bigger, which actually would be true.
What about culturally? What if some particular cultural food contains excessive (thus saith the FDA) amounts of salt, sugar or anything the FDA outlaws? Wouldn’t it be an invasion of or just ridiculous meddling in people’s cultures? Why does the FDA need to be regulating my cultural experiences?

I heard some liberal political pundit explaining all the reasons why excessive amounts of salt in food is bad for people and therefore should be regulated by the government because we the people are too stupid to make decisions for ourselves and unable to enjoy all things in moderation if we so choose. I used to be shocked by idiots like this lady. But, I no longer am surprised. Liberals love to talk about civil liberties and freedom, but most of their actions limit people’s rights and choices.
No American, even nutcracker head liberals, needs the government telling them how to eat.

In short, worry about your own plate and keep your fingers out of mine!
Thus saith me.
