Loose Cannon Fire 11 6 10

Brown is a Democrat. Whether he asks voter approval or not, his preferred method of increase state cash flow is to tax the crap out or the populace. More tax means a lower standard of living for all tax paying citizens.

Respectfully, Rabbi, you have done an excellent job of manipulating the Scriptures to say what you want. The passage does not state or imply that any belief is just as acceptable to God.
Remember, Rabbi, you are not accountable to me, but to the One True God who will not share his glory with another.

That is why every Californian should vote Republican , jobs!
Democrats don't create business or jobs, they create government bureaucracy!

When will the liberals get it correct? There is a difference between legal and illegal, and between legal immigration and illegal immigration.
Emotionalism does not help it only confuses issues. It is relativism on a poster.
Illegal is illegal.

OK California. Do not approve of more taxes, more government control, and less real jobs.
No on Brown, Boxer, Newsom and all things Democrat.
Vote yes for Whitman, Fiorina, Maldanado and all things conservative.
Good to see Brown got it.. True, he aint perfect, but much better than Meg "white" man. She was trying to buy the election to no avail. Her plans were to make her deep pocketed freinds richer. She would have been bad for us. Good luck brown, you have lots of work ahead of you..
Wait until you discover that every tax against the "rich" will hurt you more. The death tax will still be taxed upon the middle and lower tax brackets. It is nice of you to donate your lives earnings to the government "redistribution" agency.
Enjoy!

Brown claimed victory, saying he still had a "missionary zeal to transform the world" and that he would work on public education and renewable energy.
How about jobs, Jerry? Transform us into what? Start the impeachment now!

Proposition 25 allows the Democratic legislature to ramrod through any dumb budget they want. Get ready for taxes hidden as fees and the like. Hopefully proposition 26 can allow conservatives some ability to save the state from taxing itself into oblivion.

No Child Left Behind is just Title 1 with teeth.
The senators and representative failed (again) by not trying to adjust the goals of NCLB.
The POTUS has already thrown out the baby with the bath water by creating his Race to the Top program.
I have been in education for 22 years and have 4 children of my own. One truth that is unquestionable: Good parents produce good children.

Brown, Boxer, Newsom, a simple majority to pass any moronic Democratic led state legislature budget? Good buy business, good buy jobs.
Into the abyss we go.

I hope the POTUS is truly ready to listen to the ideas Republicans have been saying for years about how to lower insurance cost. But, it sounds like more BS to me.

Potholes, Potheads, and Politicians

A large pothole on a country road.Image via Wikipedia
Happy Friday everyone! I am glad it is Friday, it has been a week full of stuff that needed to be done. On this Friday I was thinking about what I would like to see dealt with and or removed. Maybe call it a Flush it Friday?

Here are three things I would like to see flushed from my life. The first is the every increasing, in number and girth, potholes on the streets I drive each day. There is a new one just outside my driveway smack dab in the middle of the road! Every time I come or I go that pothole must now be navigated. But, that is only one of the growing number of potholes I am noticing. I think city streets are showing the effects of the recession/depression we are in.

The next item on my list of "got to go's"  is the potheads trying to inflict their "need" upon the rest of us. Here in California there is a proposition to legalize marijuana. Only potheads would try to make an illegal substance legal under the guise of stopping the illegal drug trade. It doesn't make sense to me. But, many people didn't think a certain President inhaled... These potheads and their goofy "just make it legal and it won't be illegal any more" agenda must go.

Lastly, I would like to see some politicians make an exit. Just call me Senator Barbara Boxer and her save a fish cripple the farming industry policies must be removed. Jerry Brown and his silly "live within your means and no new taxes without voter approval" con of a platform must go. Live within your means means (for Democrats) no new services and maybe less. No new taxes without voter approval means Jerry Moonbeam Brown will ask Californians to pony up more money (citizens live on less while government lives on more). That is Jerry's plan! Not a good plan for me.

So, Californians, let's flush these things out of our state.
Happy Flush it Friday!

Objectivity and Newspapers like truth and and a carfaxless used car salesman

What is a newspaper supposed to do besides provide covering for the bottom of my bird cage? I thought newspapers provided me with truthful objective information and opinions in the opinion section. That was until I was in my late teens when I figured out that newspapers and worse yet network news were mostly just an extension of the democratic party, their propaganda division. In my twenties I really began to appreciate the even coverage of any  issue or election. The debates between sides were always great fun if you likes watching a bully. I mean, it always seemed that network news found the dumbest, meekest and ill-informed conservative they could find in the food line on skid row.
The only thing worse than network news was a show like Phil Donahoe! He was especially fair to Christians. I remember one "debate" with like five atheists vs. one really weak Christian and one intelligent one. Of course the atheists just yelled and Phil "moderated" the debate by cutting the Christians off and mocking the ideals he said they were saying but never got to say because Phil moderated them out of the conversation. A few years later when a colleague of mine went to a taping of his show and she came back with only a strong  impression of what a self-absorbed ass he was, I was not surprised.
So, when the LA times published an article entitled "Choosing not to choose" I thought it might be worth a read. Bla bla bla we won't take a side yet

I don't want the LA times to tell me their opinion if it's not in the opinion section! I want the LA Time and all other newspapers and agencies to present the facts and let me decide.

Thus saith me.
