NY Judges, The LA Lakers, A&E and the ACA on Flush 'em Friday the 12 27 13 Edition

Happy Flush 'em Friday! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

Now it's time to flush the Grinches, goof-offs, whoever and whatever needs to go.

• The New York judge who wants to overturn the NSA case and say that government snooping is OK. Is this another one of those arrogant elitists who wants to decide the maximum size allowed by law of a soft drink?
• The LA Lakers point guard situation. Can anyone handle the rock and stay healthy?
• The two-party system. Neither is concerned with the actual American citizen, they are all just seeking power. That's why I call myself a conservative. 
• A&E: So, Phil makes a statement about what he believes based upon the Bible and they want to silence him. GLAAD screams bloody murder based upon what, the current political correctness philosophy and they cave like France during a world war. Where is free speech? 
• The roads. Is it just in my city that it seems that potholes are receiving historical landmark status? Where are our tax dollars going? 
• And last but not least; The Unaffordable Care Act". If you think it's a good thing and that the issue is actually insurance for all your probably believe that Bill Clinton didn't inhale, 120% of the population in many precincts actually did vote for Obama, and Benghazi doesn't matter.

Happy Flush 'em Friday! It's time to flush something because it just deserves it. This weeks' recipients are:

• Black Friday - just because it too may people paying too much for too little.

• Black Friday Sales - again, too much for too little.

• Black Friday Shoppers - too crazy for me.

• Black Cats - they're not so bad, it's just weird how some people get freaked out by them.

• Black Cat superstitions - it's a cat. So what, big deal.

• Black Mamba Haters - get over it. His will will lead the Lakers to 17. 

• Black Eyes - man they hurt.

• Black Eyed Peas - they don't taste good.

• Black Licorice - not my favorite.

Dirty Jokes, Dirty Dancing, Climate Change Kooks

Happy Flush 'em Friday! Time to send some well deserved "items" down the drain. This weeks nominees are... 

• Dirty jokes...if you can't make people laugh without telling off color jokes, you not really funny.

• Dirty dancing...get a room, go home or go out to the car.

• Dirty finger nails. Especially if you're handling food.

• Dirty Dishes. Home or way it's not cool.

• Climate Change Kooks. You know who you are. You think typhoon Haiyan was because everyone doesn't drive a Prius or a bike. You believe that if all the unbelievers would repent of their carbon fuel burning ways that that global warming apocalypse might not come upon us. 

• The Un-Affordable Care Act. A farce, by a farce, voted in by fools. 
• Liberal hacks...a pack of propagandists. 

• Liberal politicians...a bunch of power hungry elitists.

• Liberal bias...to a liberal truth is irrelevant.
